An introduction to DPA

DPA are a search consultancy in the global mining and natural resources sector. We know it takes talented teams to build talented teams through in depth understanding, almost two decades of working within the industry, along with our own proven methodology.

Our team have supported some of the world’s largest projects to include tier one gold mines and some of the world’s top 25 producing copper mines.

Our founder is an Executive and Life Coach and NLP Practitioner in addition to an industry specialist search consultant. We use accredited coaching and neurolinguistic programming techniques to unearth the potential in the marketplace.

Our point of difference is real understanding of what it takes to elevate the leadership in high performance teams. This is human. We believe EQ (emotional intelligence) carries as much weight as industry knowledge, experience and technical skill. It means our team can match the right candidate to the right role to make a lasting impact.
